Qualification – Graduate / M.Com / MBA
Experience – up to 6 months in any field except sales.
Key Responsibilities –
- Effectively execute/manage the concurrent audit with appropriate consideration of risk and technical matters like MIS, analytics, etc either directly or under a manager\’s guidance.
- Ability to work on multiple projects parallelly and leadership skills.
- The nature of work will include (but will not be limited to) executing Loan files review and can extend beyond it.
- Industry of clients will include (but will not be limited to) Financial Services and others.
- Manage the client’s expectations including liaising with other departments within/outside the organization to ensure the smooth delivery of the Assignment.
- Application and solution-based approach to problem-solving, ability to refer for research on delivery of solutions in that field on client assignments.
- Expertise in Excel, Analysis, openness to get training in CAAT like IDEA, etc.
- Identify areas requiring improvement to the audit process and possible recommendations.
- Technical competence – Demonstrates a good level of technical knowledge and judgment and the candidate should have the ability to develop well-reasoned and researched arguments on client issues.
Other Skills & Responsibilities –
- Communication Skills – possess average to good communication skills including report drafting, email correspondence, verbal language, etc.
- Contribute to effective teamwork & guide team members and provide job guidance to team members
- Take ownership of the task/project
- Open to travel from one location to another at the same client Navi Mumbai & Kalina.
