Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Experience: Semi Qualified with experience in the Life Insurance sector Internal Audit. Experience up to 2 years post articleship.
Key Responsibilities:
Work as a team member for a reputed life insurance company in the Compliance team. Ensure, IRDA compliance adherence and verify and help the compliance team in their other activities
Effectively execute/manage various projects assigned by the client. Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and demonstrate leadership skills.
Industry of the client is life insurance.
Manage the company’s expectations including liaising with other departments within/outside the company to ensure the smooth delivery various activities / projects assigned.
Application and solution-based approach to problem solving, ability to refer for research on delivery of solutions in that field on client assignments.
Fair knowledge to IRDA regulations and circulars
Other Skills & Responsibilities: –
- Communication Skills – possess good communication skills including report drafting
- Contribute to effective teamwork & guide team members and provide on job guidance to team members
- Take ownership of the task / project
