Qualification – Chartered Accountant
Experience – Semi Qualified with experience in Life Insurance Internal Audit – Experience up to 2 years post articleship
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a team member for a reputed life insurance company in Compliance team. To ensure, IRDA compliance adherence and verify and help the compliance team in their other activities
- Effectively execute/manage various projects assigned by the client. Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and leadership skills
- The industry of the client is life insurance.
- Manage the company’s expectations including liaising with other departments within/outside the company to ensure the smooth delivery of various activities/projects assigned.
- Application and solution-based approach to problem-solving, ability to refer for research on delivery of solutions in that field on client assignments.
- Fair knowledge of IRDA regulations and circulars
Other Skills & Responsibilities:
- Communication Skills – possess good communication skills including report drafting
- Contribute to effective teamwork & guide team members and provide job guidance to team members
- Take ownership of the task/project
